How To Participate In The
Hudson Valley Pushups For Charity Challenge
Thank you for your interest in participating! My name is Keith Laug, and I am the owner of Hudson Valley Fitness in Beacon. We are the ones organizing the Hudson Valley Pushups for Charity Challenge, and we look forward to meeting you and having fun, while supporting our troops.
Anyone and everyone from the Hudson Valley is welcome to participate in the Challenge. And your fitness level/ability does NOT matter. All that matters if your desire to get fit, have fun, and make a difference. You can register to participate below.

I want to participate in the Hudson Valley Pushups For Charity Challenge on Saturday, May 7th at 10am at Dutchess Stadium. I am registering below to receive my Participation Emails with instructions and fund raising tools. I understand that registering does not obligate me to participate, but I am definitely interested.
Here's How It Works:
Last year we had everyone perform as many pushups as they could in 90 seconds as one group. This year we have created a competition between Hudson Valley Police Officers, Firefighters, Military Personnel, and Average Joes & Janes. You will fall into one of those groups. Join a group and compete against the other three while raising money for our wounded warriors. Remember, this is a friendly competition to add a little motivation to each pushup. Be sure to ask others to join your group! It's going to be a fun time!
The only requirements is that you commit to raising at least $50 in donations to Wounded Warrior Project by asking friends, family and coworkers to support your efforts with a small donation.
And every participant and sponsor will receive special gifts from PUC Hudson Valley business sponsors.
So, whether you can do 10 pushups or 100, we want you to participate. The ultimate goal is to get you started on the path to a healthy and fit lifestyle with our help and guidance, and raise as much needed money for the severely injured men and women of our armed services who have sacrificed so much for us. It is the least you and I can do.
You will receive several emails with participation information immediately after registering to participate below. Registering does not obligate you in any way, but we sure hope it inspires you, and we look forward to meeting you at the Challenge.
